Venetian

Venetian

I like the Venetian even with the huge old lady- like odor. I still love to wonder around and eat a Mario Batali's restaurant at the Grand Canal Shops. For me, the second to third best joint on the strip behind Bellagio BTW: Large and nicely renovated rooms!

Mirage

Mirage

If you really think about it, the Mirage is truly still a magnificent place. You have the huge and elegant suites, the attention to detail, huge-ass dome with a forest in it, lots of hidden gems and last but not least, those secret mini -mansion- villas. Now if only MGM didn't make the casino and rooms all contemporary and boring looking...

Wynn Las Vegas

Wynn Las Vegas

The rooms are amazing, I could say that. Their restaurants are exquisite as well as the design but, there's just something thats missing- something big. Maybe its the location, or that "feel" IDK . I'll find out soon.

Caesars Palace

Caesars Palace

Ahhh Caesars. Its been there for forty-something years but still has maintained its luxurious title though the decades even with the newer resorts that have been popping up the past 20 years. Love to eat at Spago and Sushi Roku and walk the forum shops. They also have a pretty kick-ass sports book too.

Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino

Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino

The Rio is a new fav of mine and I'm givin her a 4. The Casino and pool have a very good vibe. Stayed in a Masquerade suite- kinda dated- ala 1997 but still awesome. Voodoo is my new favorite steakhouse with awesome views of the strip. If Caesars invests in renovating the public areas- outside- casino- pool- rooms etc. the Rio would be hands down the best off strip joint.

Paris Las Vegas

Paris Las Vegas

Paris has gone a little downhill over the years but after they finish remodeling the rooms, adding the nightclub and replacing the old casino carpet, the place will fully be back into tip-top shape. But ultimantly, Paris just has a good feeling and to me, full of great memories of the family and stuff like that.

Ten Things

1: Bellagio
2: Vegas in the 90's
3: The Food (Voodoo, Olives, Sushi Roku etc.)
4: The smell of air freshener/ smoke in the casinos
5: Caesars + Forum Shops
6: The boom sound of the Bellagio fountains
7: Venetian + Grand Cannel Shops
8: Voodoo Steak & the awesome views
9: Strolling through City Center
10: Wynncore

Number 8! Coming from Sky Suites, I think my brother was a bit surprised I chose this for a birthday dinner (though it was primarily for the killer view at sunset). A good time was had by all.
